RFQS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every digital product sold through rfqslb.store. This policy applies in addition to any statutory rights the buyer may have under applicable consumer protection law.
1. Refund window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Within this window, refunds are available for any reason, subject only to the good-faith use clause in Section 4 below.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@rfqslb.store with:
- Your Paddle order ID (visible in your order confirmation email).
- The email address used at checkout.
- A short note confirming the refund request (no detailed explanation required).
- Alternatively, you can request a refund directly via Paddle using the link in your Paddle order receipt or Paddle’s buyer-support form at
paddle.net.
3. Processing
Once we receive a valid refund request, RFQS will instruct Paddle (the Merchant of Record) to refund the purchase to the buyer’s original payment method. Paddle typically processes approved refunds within 14 days of approval; the time for the refunded amount to appear on the buyer’s statement depends on the buyer’s card issuer or payment provider.
4. Good-faith use
The refund offer assumes good-faith use. Refunds may be declined where, on the facts available to RFQS, the buyer has already used the templates extensively on a live project and the refund request is intended to retain that benefit at zero cost. RFQS may, acting reasonably, recommend that a refund request be declined in such cases. Final refund processing is carried out by Paddle in line with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
5. Full refunds only
Where a refund is granted, RFQS’s recommendation is a full refund for the eligible purchase. Paddle may, at its discretion under the Paddle refund policy, approve a refund in full, in part, or decline it.
6. License termination on refund
When a refund is issued, the license granted under the Terms and Conditions terminates. The buyer must permanently delete all copies of the original RFQS-supplied files from any system under the buyer’s control, and confirm deletion to support@rfqslb.store on request. Buyer-created work product derived from the templates may be retained.
7. After 30 days
Refund requests received more than 30 days after purchase fall outside this guarantee and will be considered on a case-by-case basis only where required by law.
8. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, we strongly encourage you to contact support@rfqslb.store (or Paddle buyer support at paddle.net) before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue directly. Initiating a chargeback does not affect your lawful dispute rights.

10. Complaints
RFQS will acknowledge a written complaint within 5 business days of receipt and aim to resolve it within 15 business days. If the complaint remains unresolved, the buyer may escalate to Paddle buyer support via paddle.net or to the buyer’s local consumer-protection authority where applicable.
