Delivery & Download Policy
Format. All RFQS Store products are digital downloads — Excel workbooks (.xlsx), PDF documents, and one structured READ_ME_FIRST.pdf guide per kit. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery method. After a successful Paddle checkout, the buyer receives an email from support@rfqslb.store (RFQS) and a Paddle order receipt (from Paddle\u2019s send domain) containing the secure download link. The link is also available from the Paddle order confirmation email.
Delivery time. Instant on payment success. If the email has not arrived within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@rfqslb.store with the Paddle order ID and the checkout email address; RFQS will resend the link within 48 business hours (Lebanon timezone).
Download window. Download links remain active from the purchase confirmation for 30 days. After 30 days, email support@rfqslb.store with the Paddle order ID to request a fresh link.
What you receive. A single .zip archive per product release containing the Excel workbook(s), PDF audit checklist (where applicable), and READ_ME_FIRST.pdf. File listings and version are stated on each product page Specifications block.
What you do not receive. No consulting hours, no professional review of your project documents, no follow-up calls, and no custom modifications. RFQS Store sells the kit as-is.
